From the humblest beginnings, Vicinity Vacation Rentals began out of a need for a ‘better more caring and knowledgeable’ management company to manage our own properties. A family business that has owned vacation rental properties since 1996. By 2004 we became an official business and through word of month we found ourselves managing over 70 units, offering concierge white glove service. With just three people, myself, my husband, and a cleaning gal, we spent long hours throughout our days (and nights) serving our guests and homeowners. Our main business was a real estate brokerage and we remained open and surviving through the market crash of 2008. By 2012 we sold the short-term rental business and just continued to manage our own properties.
Then in 2019 along with our two daughters, we opened Vicinity Vacation Rentals again! We had acquired more properties and other homeowners that we knew were wanting us to manage their units for them. Still serving the Vacation Rental Community, we are a Tradition of Excellence.
